Mehso-so

In 1922 a suitcase was stolen that contained many of Hemingway's short stories and part of a novel. It was never found. In this book a writer brings a bunch of manuscripts to his literary agent son that look a lot like Hemingway's writing, but his son doesn't know if he can trust his father's claims.
This wasn't what I expected. The ending was vague and there was a side story that really didn't need to be there.
