Sometimes you just to go old school and consult the book. My riding has come a long way in the past 2 years. Now we are starting to do more advanced stuff and I feel like a rank beginner again. YouTube videos can certainly be helpful, but nothing beats reading, and re-reading, a good explanation of the exercise broken down. This book is perfect for that.

I wish reading the book would automatically program my body with all the right moves. Some days I feel like I'm improving and others I'm just grateful I didn't fall off. At least it is always enjoyable.

Ebay is such a problem for me sometimes. Or is it?
