I kind of lost focus this week ☹️ I switched from reading to Netflix binging and I bailed on a bunch of books/audios 🤪
Nothing this week really stood out, although I did enjoy The Silver Music Box which I discovered by chance through Kindle Unlimited.
Any suggestions for more Netflix series I could watch??

Cinfhen It was good @OrangeMooseReads / I had read the book and sequel so I was a little familiar with the story ~ 4 episodes goes by pretty quickly. I would say give it a try. 4y

TrishB I think this is the new norm ❤️ I have actually been binge watching!! Watching New Amsterdam with daughter as we love a bit of hospital drama. And Greys came back on in the U.K. I‘m going with the flow..... 4y

Cinfhen I read Alias Grace last month @Daisey it was SO GOOD 😊 the adaptation is good too but I‘m glad I read the book first 4y

Ncostell My daughter and I just binge watched three episodes of Cheer on Netflix today. It‘s a documentary about competitive collegiate cheerleading and we got sucked in. 4y

Kalalalatja Sometimes Netflix is just the thing you need! I‘m thinking of starting The Crown, but I‘m still a bot hungover after Tiger King 🤯 we are also watching Mindhunter, but that is daaaark 4y

CafeMom I enjoyed Cheer, Anne with an E, The Crown. Documentary Joan Didion, she is an author and it is a good doc. Happy watching. 4y

Centique I‘m watching Strike which is the BBC adaptation of the Robert Galbraith novels but I don‘t think it‘s on Netflix. I love The Crown and I loved Russian Doll - just my kind of dark humour (I might watch it again) Sending you stars and sunshine lovely Cindy ✨🌞✨💕 4y

Cinfhen @CafeMom I really LOVED Shtisel!!!! It‘s a little slow but I came to be so attached to the characters and the storylines were so interesting. It felt very authentic and I thought the series was still respectful to the Hasidic community. Has it been dubbed into English? I watched it in Hebrew with English subtitles. And the girl who plays Deborah in UnOrthodox has a major role in Shtisel. 4y

#BookReport week of March 15- 21

I‘ve been finding comfort in books, especially 🎧📚
I did have 2 bails and one book needed to go in #Hibernation 🐻timing isn‘t right for convoluted storylines
I‘m nearly done my IRL bookclub choice, which will now be conducted via Zoom 💻
From my completed books I really enjoyed The Beekeeper, The Magician‘s Lie and The Only Plane. Jet setters was total #BrainCandy but a good escape.

Kalalalatja The Morgenstern definitely requires some focus and concentration! It works for me, because I just need escape at the moment, so the more intricate, the better, but I get why it isn‘t the right time for you 💕 4y

My #bookreport for the last week. Bummed that I only finished one book but it was that kind of week. But I made progress on 3 others so that was good! DNF‘d The Widow of Pale Harbor—it was due back and I wasn‘t in the right mood. Maybe I‘ll try again another time. @Cinfhen

#BookReport Week 12 Audiobooks were my go to this week!!! I completed 5!! My two favorites were Olive, Again and the NF ~ Yale Needs Women. The other 3 were ok, His Bloody Project the best from that lot. Also able to knock off LOTS of challenge prompts 💗
