The Dungeoneers | 
pickIt's a Dungeons-and-Dragons-y book for middle schoolers, about a bunch of kids in training to raid dungeons. It's fun and sometimes funny, and though it's a little too much like any other Dungeons-and-Dragons-y book, it's probably pretty good for its target audience.
Recommended by my brother, who has a couple of sons just a little older than the target audience so I figure he would know
