Mistletoe Between Friends / The Snowflake Inn
Mistletoe Between Friends / The Snowflake Inn | Samantha Chase
5 posts | 5 read | 1 to read
Two gorgeous stories about the most romantic time of the year... The holidays don't have to be fraught with tension, as lifelong friends Lily Cavanaugh and Cameron Greene discover in Mistletoe Between Friends when they cook up a scheme to fool their family and friends. The Snowflake Inn shows rivals Grace Brodie and Riley Walsh that Christmas is a time when dreams come true-even if you've given up on those dreams long ago. Praise for The Christmas Cottage / Ever After: "Samantha Chase's stories have a way of wrapping around the heart..." -Night Owl Reviews, Reviewer Top Pick! "Altogether, this is a lovely duology about finding love. Be prepared for a stubborn heroine who believes in fairy tales. Fortunately, common sense prevails, leading to a delightful reconciliation." -RT Book Reviews, 4 stars

This was definitely a cute read, and would make for a great Hallmark movie (although they'd have to cut all the sexy times out). Of course, the reason these two friends don't immediately just get married is a bit contrived, but I'll allow it. #WinterGames2020 #MerryReaders #HolidayRead @Clwojick

This is definitely not a book I would have been drawn to other than to read a Christmas related book for this month‘s event. While I‘m not averse to romance, this was especially cheesy, and the Christmas part of the book was definitely the silliest part. At least it was short.

I listened to this while I‘ve been driving so much lately 🎧 Both stories are predictable, but holiday stories often are! The first story is WAY better; a fake relationship/friends-to-lovers novella. I enjoyed it!

The second story —> I hated it. The hero was a jerk in the beginning and I never bought his character redemption, so when they fell in love (🙄) I couldn‘t do anything but roll my eyes. I‘m rarely so unforgiving with romance! #romantsy
