I Kill Giants co-creator Ken Nimura (International Manga Award winner and Eisner nominee) brings a unique vision of life in Japan to the page in Henshin. The lives of a kid with peculiar superpowers, a lonely girl discovering herself in the big city, and a businessman on a long night out are some of the short stories included in this collection that will make you laugh, and even maybe shed a tear. Explore Tokyo as you've never seen it before under Nimura's masterful and imaginative storytelling, printed here for the first time in English.

Mehso-so

I had this marked as read on Goodreads but don't remember ever having read it. I'm not usually a fan of short stories, and humor is hit or miss with me, so I didn't love this. It's a fairly fun collection, though, if you enjoy silly, out-there, surreal shorts. Not a fan of the curry one or the one that more or less uses suicide as a punchline. #Comic #Humor

Mehso-so

Needed to read a manga for Book Riot‘s #ReadHarder2019 challenge and just randomly picked this. I liked some stories better than the other and some felt just unfinished. Just meh for me.
