Foxes in the Snow | 
pickThe snow has long gone from the East Riding but Spring isn't exactly in evidence either so we are still on wintry tales. This gorgeous picture book is about two young fox cubs who discover snow and the perils of not listening to your mama. It's a nice length for a bedtime story when attention might be fading (mother and child's!) and the illustrations are really lovely. My girl enjoyed looking at the differences between the two cubs.
