If the Ryder Carroll book is like a driving rainstorm, this book is more like the soft falling rain referenced in the Irish blessing…with detailed information about umbrellas. It‘s a little light on mechanics of setting up a journal, but there are many interesting spreads with very specific instructions. I‘m skeptical about a circle calendar, but I might try some of the others, like this wish list. Even I could draw a dandelion!
