Christmas Camp Wedding
Christmas Camp Wedding: A Novella | Karen Schaler
8 posts | 5 read
After finally becoming partner at her advertising agency, Haley Hanson barely has time to plan her Christmas Eve wedding with her fianc Jeff. When their perfect location falls through at the last minute, they need to find a new venue, fast. But everything is booked for the holidays, except for the place where Haley and Jeff fell in love, Christmas Camp. With time running out to transform the inn into a winter wonderland, Trisha, a top wedding planner is brought in to help; she also just happens to be Jeffs ex-girlfriend. Will Jeff and Trishas Christmas past get in the way of Haleys Christmas future, or can Christmas Camp still work its magic for a holiday happily ever after?

This took me forever to go back into, since I was reading it at the time of my uncle's pretty traumatic death. But I am glad I went back and finished it, bc I really liked the characters (same as from the main books). I also liked that it was a story where everything just kept going wrong, but they kept pushing forward bc their wedding was worth the strain. It was sweet, and the Christmas Camp setting is cute and fun

When planning a winter wedding, one should assume things will go wrong. So many things went wrong for the couple here, from a flood, to a blizzard, to an ex-girlfriend emergency wedding planner. This was a quick, pleasant read but the recipe at the end for goat cheese balls holds the most promise! #holidayread #wintergames #tmskellington @crimson613 @clwojick @staycurious

A novella-length sequel to Christmas Camp which I read a few months ago and loved. A year after the first book ends, Haley and Jeff are just days away from their wedding when disaster happens at their venue. They move their wedding to Jeff‘s Dad‘s Inn, which is where the Christmas Camps are hosted. I love how all of the secondary cast pulls together to help Haley and Jeff get their HEA. This reads just like a feel-good Hallmark movie.
