Hey gang!! I'm trying to spread out these posts so you don't get blasted by “Sarah Has #BookSpin Thoughts!!!“ fifty times a day 😂 First, just a couple clarification points for the upcoming BookSpin season, and secondly a reminder about entries for the 2021 Giveaway!!

2022 Thoughts:
1. Short version: Sunday's BookSpin post may be slightly later than usual. Long version: My sister always comes over for NYE but she has to work this year, so ⬇

TheAromaofBooks (cont'd) instead she is coming over January 1 and we are going to stay up until midnight and celebrating surviving the first day of 2022 😂 So I may not be as prompt with posting the numbers as usual LOL
2. A few people have asked... using the Google Form is NOT a requirement to participate in the challenge!! It IS a requirement if you want to be entered in the 2022 giveaway! If you aren't comfortable sharing your personal address you can still ⬇ 2y

TheAromaofBooks (cont'd) use the form. The address “question“ is NOT required to complete the form, so you can still use the form for tracking your spins. I just can't send you a giveaway goodie if I don't have your address - totally up to you!!
3. Please remember to sign up for the tag list on my post from earlier this week (or here... but not both haha). If you do not get tagged on Sunday, it's because I'm bad at bookkeeping, so just let me know!!

Gissy This form that you sent is for 2022, correct? Or do I have to write the books I read during 2021?
What I see in the form is that we are only going to track in the form books chosen as #BookSpin and #DoubleSpin. The rest of the books read during the month will be tracked by us in our personal reading journals. But we can post in Litsy the books that we are planning to read in order to show these two categories, Am I following the rules? 🤔☺️⬇️ (edited) 2y

TheAromaofBooks @Gissy - Yes!!! The form is for 2022. For 2021 I am still doing everything by hand, which involves an overly complicated system of handwritten lists, Word documents, and Excel spreadsheets 😂 Because only the BookSpin & DoubleSpin picks are eligible as giveaway entries, the form only tracks those books. All the bingo reads are “bonus“ reads because they don't count towards the giveaway. The form is mainly for the giveaway aspect!!! 2y

Gissy I think I will this month by category since it gives me the flexibility to choose the books I will like to read. I‘m a mood reader🙋🏽‍♀️ 2y

TheAromaofBooks @Lizpixie - There will be a maximum of two entries per month, so if you want one of those to be a pick from last year, it can be, but it would cost you one of that month's 2022 entries, if that makes sense haha 2y

But for this year you are kind of automatically entered because of how I do the tracking (it will be different next year since you'll only be entered if you choose to submit the form), but if anyone is drawn who doesn't want to accept a book, they can definitely decline and I can draw another name instead!! 2y
