I am a big fan of Jason vale after seeing his documentary super juice me , great book . The 28 day book is also great.
I don‘t stick do the “diet” as such but just make sure I incorporate it in the week. Or if I‘m not feeling great I will go back to 5:2 for a little reset . Definitely feel better after a fresh juice 🍈 🍇 🍎 🍊 🍏🥒🥦🥑🍌🥝🍋
