Too many characters, too many plots within plots to make a coherent story. Black Mask is dead, so leadership of Gotham's Underworld is up for grabs. All of the Batman family and just about his entire rogues gallery appears at one time or another. Its confusing and jumbled. The artwork by J. Calafiore didn't help, sketchy and rough. 2 💥💥
