Recovery | 
I had to have surgery on my gums this morning. Ugh. 😑 the one upside is curling up on the couch with a book by myself for the afternoon to rest and recover and feel no pressure to get anything done.

Blaire @Mitch it was not fun...but so far the pain has been manageable. Filled up on Advil, antibiotics, and some kind of steroid for swelling. Trying to really take it easy. 4y
Blaire @merelybookish thank you! Yeah, I have a tendency to receding gums and they had to do a graft. I listened to a favorite album during the procedure and that helped a lot. I think by tomorrow I‘ll be feeling fine...leaning into the recommended soft foods with milkshakes and grits. 4y
