#BFCr2 Week 2 Check In!

I met my step goal the last two days of the week; coincidentally, those are also the days I taught yoga, so I feel there‘s a correlation, hah. I also cooked at least one meal at home and walked some of my steps outside, enjoying the great outdoors! All in all, a good week for me — and I celebrated by treating myself to this book to inspire me as I continue to plan future classes! 😄

ChasingOm Oh yeah, finished one audiobook too! 5y
wanderinglynn Great first week! 🙌🏻 5y
dariazeoli Nice work! 5y
alisiakae Way to go! How do you like the book? I‘m looking to incorporate yoga into my life coaching practice more, beyond the asanas. 5y
ChasingOm Ooh! The first part of the book may not be super relevant to you because it‘s about finding your voice as a teacher, but you might be able to tweak it for your clients. 🤔 The second part is full of themes and ways to work the themes into a class; only a small portion of their suggestions are asana relevant. In short, you should see if you can find a copy to flip through! I bought mine at BooksAMillion, so it‘s relatively “mainstream,” hah. 5y
