Overall I am enjoying these books but likely to be somewhere between so-so and pick. They are good characters, interesting plot lines and start off well. However the middle sections could be improved more and get more pace and tension in these parts. This one plodded a bit at this point, which is a shame as I really enjoyed the early part. Overall this makes them a bit longer than they need to be, however on balance am enjoying them.

Megabooks Savory buttermilk biscuit with sausage Patty. Very popular in the south in particular, but McDonald‘s carries the everywhere. Not the same as homemade though! 2y

Still not really getting into this series. The book could and should have been a lot shorter. I like Carson Ryder, but the pace in these books do not work for me. It lacks excitement methinks. Still a pretty fast read.
