Guatemalan Masks: The Pieper Collection | 
The Guatemalan restaurant in my neighborhood has many yummy omelets. But they are served with a side of blue corn tortillas which I don't know what to do with...? Wrap the omelet in tortillas and eat like a burrito? Use them for the side salad? Eat them plain? Anyone have any ideas? #BreakfastDilemna
