I signed up to run a 10k in December. Tomorrow I start a new training plan. I raced a triathlon last month and the run was my weakest discipline so I'm using the next 12 weeks to focus on form and strength. I'd love to be able to run under 10 min/mile for the whole race. Stretch goal is to finish the race in under 60 min! 🤞🤞🤞

LauraBeth Oohh - exciting!! I need to get back to training for a race - especially now that the weather in GA is cooling down some. 🥵 5y
