Have you ever had a book that is such a train wreck (terrible editing, missing/wrong words, weird pacing) but is way too intriguing (aptly named book😉) to let go? That‘s this book. Terrible family, dark secrets and evil people… and some romance 🤣. So I‘m giving it another chance with the second book of Jasper‘s trilogy. It was the semi-enjoyable C-grade ebook I expected.

I picked this up because the blurb looked good - it was a struggle. Changed to first or third person randomly, ages and locations changed. Sometimes the author used bigger words incorrectly. Another turn with an editor could have helped, but it just drove me nuts since it took me out of the story which was crazy in a not good way. #romantsy #romance
