1 post
Women want to be in control of their health and fitness level. To do so is both empowering and builds more self-esteem. In short, most women want to get fit ... but they don't know how. In about 130 pages, this book shows you how! The fairer gender can achieve these goals with the newest release from Ron Kness called "Women's Fitness Guide." Based on these exciting teachings, you will learn about all the dramatic benefits of eating mindfully to lose weight and exercising to tone and build a lean, sexy body. "Women's Fitness Guide" is built around a very clear, concept: first lose weight and then tone muscle. It's not just about ways to get fit as a woman. Having great muscle tone and fitness level is linked to eating healthy. This is because they know the importance of food in relation to getting fit. In part, we look at the ways you can improve your own muscle tone and fitness level, starting with knowing what kind of exercising to do: cardio, strength training, or both? The other part is learning not only what to eat, but when and how much. This book looks at the steps to take to support your fitness goal, from first mindfully eating to lose weight to then choosing an exercise program that you can stick with forever - not some flash-in-the-pan program that you will give up on in a couple of months either because you are bored with it or it isn't working. The long-term choices you make about eating and exercising habits have a direct and lasting impact on your muscle tone and fitness level now and into the future. Be sure to make the right choices. In "Women's Fitness Guide," we'll cover all the bases, giving you everything you need to know to lose weight and tone your body into one that will turn heads.

wanderinglynn Way to go! 🙌🏻 Great week! And a day eating cookies sounds divine to me. 😉❤️🍪 5y
KathyWheeler @wanderinglynn It may have been a bit much — I had to end the day with crackers just so I‘d have something that wasn‘t sweet.😄 (edited) 5y
