This is a great book for teaching children about haikus and lantern poems. It clearly explains how each one works and how there can be so much meaning in a poem. Also the illustrations were great

I usually love poetry meant for kids, but i am not a haiku fan. I probably shouldn‘t have picked up this book. Because now I have to give it a not so nice review. Actually I think I'll say it's just not my cup of tea.
