So you've committed yourself to this November's National Novel Writing Month contest. You, plus half a million other participants will take on the daunting 50,000 words in 30 days, challenge - but only around 12% of those will make it to the finish line. We want you to be one of them!So why 50,000 words? Well, 50,000 words is a fantastic start to any novel. Chances are that you won't stop at 50,000 words though, but if you do you'll be in great company. The Great Gatsby, Brave New World and The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy were all novels of around 50,000 words! This novel-writer's journal dedicated to NaNoWriMo 2019, will help you plot, plan and kickstart your success. This 120-page writer's journal comes in a handy 8 x 10 format, with plenty of space for you to work out your novel's backdrop/ setting, protagonist and antagonist's character traits, your story arc and so forth, to get ahead of the game. We've also done the number-crunching for you, so you'll have everything you need to track your progress day by day during the challenge itself.Good luck with NaNoWriMo 2019, but most of all, enjoy the experience. And when you claim your winner's badge at the end of the 30 days, don't forget to celebrate, big style!

Anyone participating in NaNoWriMo this year?? If so, how‘s it going?? The last time I tried, a family emergency unfortunately got in the way. But lightly typing away this year without a full commitment. #nanowrimo #iwritesoicanreadit

JazzFeathers I'm doing it without a full commitment too. Work shifts are so hectic and dowright crazy, that l can't plan anything certain. What are you writing? 4y
LazyLibrary @JazzFeathers Same with work! I don‘t have a set schedule, this week is crazy, but I have the following week off. So I might take advantage then. I just recently finished the book I started for Nano 2017 that got interrupted, and while I should re-write that one, I wanted to use Nano to get going on a humorous fairytale retelling that‘s been outlined with a few chapters already written! What about you? What‘s your project?? 4y
TheHungryBookworms What are your guys screen name? I need more buddies 4y
