The panic is reaching epic proportions. I don't know how the rumor got started about a toilet paper shortage, but this is the packages of TP customers ordered from my store in just one hour!! As of closing tonight, my Office Depot has 1 box of Charmin, which should last about the first hour we're open tomorrow. Good luck all you TP hunters!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣

RainyDayReading My boyfriend and I just came back from grocery shopping at Fred Meyer and the checkout clerk was telling us that they were fully stocked when they opened at 6am and by 10am they were completely out! Same story at Safeway! It‘s a little crazy haha. 4y

RamsFan1963 @RainyDayReading I've seen that Walmart is empty, and I've been told Sam's Club and the dollar stores are cleaned out too. Customers were surprised we had any, but I think that's only because most people don't associate Office Depot with toilet paper. Once people made the connect, it started flying off the shelves. 4y

RainyDayReading @RamsFan1963 Yeah Office Depot isn‘t the first place that comes to my mind when I think of places that would have toilet paper. I saw a post online that someone was selling “organic” toilet paper and it was just a bunch of leaves 🤣 I haven‘t dared to venture into the Walmart here but I‘m sure it‘s not any better than what I saw tonight. 4y

Bookishlie So because I thought this was all bs I did not get on the tp hoard so will go out in search of today. Now I fear I will become part of the problem...... worse case I will invest in water squeeze bottles and cloth diapers. I‘m a nurse so laundry doesn‘t scare me....:but I‘d rather not!!! Lol 4y

LibrarianRyan At my local target no TP and no Clorox or Lysol wipes. I believe it was China that had the TO problem because they don‘t buy in bulk like more well to do countries. I already had enough but it is freely to se the shelves so empty. 4y
