Pickpick

72/150 Keanu Reeves has written his first comic, and it is an intense and graphically violent, blood soaked from the very first page. B is an immortal warrior, currently fighting for the US. Under psychiatric care, he recounts his birth and how he became the unstoppable, undying killing machine. Ron Garney's art is rough, raw and sometimes very ugly, with exploding body parts and blood splashed on almost every page and panel. 3 ⭐⭐⭐ 1/2

Mehso-so

Sometimes when an actor tries to generate a new IP to suit their taste, there can be mixed results. This is one of those times. Keanu Reeves co-writes this book with an eye towards a new film franchise. He created an immortal protagonist similar to DC‘s Vandal Savage, yet unlike the world dominance obsessed warlord, this undying caveman lives only to kill for his tribe‘s survival.
Gory and hyper violent, the story is threadbare and lacking.
