#24in48 My sister and I used to read Baba Yaga books (pub 1957) over and over again, engrossed in stories about a witch who flew around in a magic mortar, steered by a pestle. The stories are told from the viewpoint of her cat, pictured here with Baba Yaga in front of her hut, Izbushka, which walks around on chicken legs when Baba Yaga isn't at home. 🙂❤️ I was thrilled when I found old library copies to relive the memories. 👍
