I enjoyed this novella in the Giordano Bruno Series, telling of a story when he was a novice monk. I don‘t often enjoy novellas, but have really enjoyed the novellas in this series.

Giordano Bruno recalls when as a Dominican in Naples in the 1560s he met a society of natural philosophers, and in particular the niece of its leader. For completists who are reading the series.

This has to be the best of the three novellas in the The Dead of Winter. Totally loved it and just wished it was a bit longer. Not usually a great fan of Novellas but these three totally hot he mark and now keen to get back and give the series another go.
