Goodbye 2021, Hello 2022: Design a life you love this year | Project Love
3 posts
Goodbye 2021, Hello 2022 is an end-of-year guide that helps you to say a proper farewell to one year as it comes to an end and create a vision and a plan for the year to come. The journal was first launched by Project Love in 2017 and has come out every year since, with a brand new cover and design to celebrate each new year. It is a prompted journal that takes you on a journey to reflect on the year you've just been through and then make a plan to design a life you love in the year to come. This is not your average daily journal - it's a planner that asks you to check in every three months to keep you on track with your dreams. Packed full of thoughtful questions and inspirational quotes from great thinkers, this book is the dose of positivity you need. Written by Project Love founders and coaching experts Selina Barker and Vicki Pavitt, who have poured into the guide a combined 20 years of experience, in empowering and helping people all over the world to bring about positive change and create lives they love. A fun looks at my stats for 2021. 110 books read! 🎉

Goodreads shows my total as 111, StoryGraph shows 109. There is one story I read that was a freebie from the author‘s website, GR counted it but it‘s not on SG. Also, SG allowed me to mark a book as DNF & not count it towards my total while also taking it off my TBR, GR doesn‘t give that option so my one DNF is marked as read. ⬇️

MeganAnn Continued: I also think SG‘s LGBTQIA+ category is incorrect & missing several titles. By my count, it should be nearly as much as the Historical and Contemporary genres (17-18 books). And several books I read has excellent supporting characters who where gay or lesbian as well, but the MC was straight so I didn‘t count those in my number. However, even with those small things, it‘s fun to look at all of these stats for the year. 2y
elkeOriginal SG has been really good in making data fixes when I send a note about incorrect info - if you help them recategorize LGBTQIA+ (or any genres) it only makes their data better across the board! 2y
