Pickpick

Nawab El Saadawi was a prolific Egyptian author who wrote in Arabic and had many of her books translated to other languages. She died in 2020, and was a doctor and a feminist writer. This book is a short poetic novel about a female chemist trying to find herself. Even though it‘s described as a love story, her passions for science and uplifting women come through really clearly. #FoodandLit @Butterfinger @Texreader @Catsandbooks
