Is #NCBD the BEST day of the week?!? There are weeks when it definitely gives the weekend a run for its money. Anyway, this week is the conclusion (I think) of The Good Asian, a really terrific noir. Home Sick Pilots, Slumber & Shang-Chi are ongoing & fantastic. Finally, my long overdue copy of Star Wars High Republic #14–originally not ordered (by mistake), reordered, given to the wrong customer, returned to store & finally in my hands today.

Mehso-so

This reinvention of Marvel‘s martial arts master cast him as an estranged son to a ruthless leader of an ancient evil secret society ruled by dangerous siblings he‘s never met before. It‘s an interesting premise, but not as satisfying as the seemingly normal ‘everyman‘ protagonist as portrayed in the recent film.
