I have no time for leisure reading lately. Long hours at work, and I have this book 👆🏻 to read for school 😅😅😅

MrsMalaprop Any good? Are you a psychologist? 2y
TheSpineView Pesky work!🤪 2y
sisilia @MrsMalaprop I‘m not 😄 but I‘m interested in psychology, so I enrolled myself in Grad Diploma in Psychotherapy and Counselling. CBT is so popular, and this book is really for the beginners. I like this therapy technique, and have been applying it to myself 😆 2y
