We finally had some money to go to the bookstore today. I was able to pick up my preordered copy of Possums Are Not Cute (I loved the ARC!) and I picked up two secondhand books that have been on my WTR list for a while!

pickSo adorable and informative! And I love love love how often Burguieres reinforces that Opossums are NOT pets. I love them but always from a distance.
This is a great gift for all animal lovers but if you have a tween that loves wildlife, I beg of you - BUY THIS BOOK! A lovely introduction for future animal rehabbers!
pickThere really wasn‘t anything I did not love about Possums Are Not Cute. It‘s packed full of precious full color photos and educational information presented in a fun, easy to digest manner. I knew some things about possums (opossums) already, but I learned so much more from this book.
