I highly recommend the Poe Museum in Richmond, Va.! The amazing artifacts are from his childhood, mid-life, and death; childhood bed, desk & chair, and even nail clippers! One building is the oldest home in Richmond. There are 2 black cats (Edgar & Pluto) that live here. Pictured is the memorial. 🖤
KathyWheeler My best friend lives in Richmond. Once, when I visited her, we did a Revolutionary War tour; another time, it was a Civil War tour. The next time, we‘ll have to do a literary tour so I can go here. 😊 2y
