The Story of Afro Hair | 
My daughter got this gorgeous little book from the children's literature festival we went to at the weekend. She got it signed by the author and listened to a talk she gave about afro hair.

readingjedi @DimeryRene It's not specifically aimed at children. A strong middle grade/young adult would be fine with it. I plan to read it to my 8 year old as one of our 'shared' bedtime books. 2y
