I‘m still working my way through the random entries in this book. The most recent entries have been on the following topics: the color blue, vampires, lapis lazuli, foxes, badgers, hair, letters, hops and thyme. The one thing that‘s consistent about this book is its theme of randomness. My goal is to review it next month sometime, but I haven‘t read enough of it yet to review it now.

“Become richer by buying only what you need.”

I thought this was an interesting saying. Oddly, in this book, there are quotes or sayings at the end of each entry, but the quotes aren‘t related to the entries. The theme of this book seems to be randomness, which isn‘t entirely a bad thing. Today I‘ve read entries on brass, fairies, snakes, catnip and soulmates.

Keeping with the theme of randomness, this pic is unrelated to the book. 🌷🌙✨

This was a book recommendation in another witchy book I read. I forget which one had this in its recommended reading list. So far, it‘s only so-so to me. It‘s kinda like a devotional with an entry for each day of the year, but the entries seem a bit random to me so far. I imagine it could be challenging to come up with 366 different blurbs. So far, I‘ve read entries on carnelian, sheep, fennel and the color orange.
