I‘m getting old because this is the first time it has taken me so long to recover from a flu😳I‘m still growing (meaning=getting older🤣)

Gissy @mabell Last week was “the return from the grave”🤣My longest distance was 7 miles but super slow and 1, 400 meters that I tried to swim without dying....so dramatic☺️But I‘m super behind my training for next event🤷🏽‍♀️Last week was my first week trying “normalized” my daily chores.
