Andrew65 A good choice. 2y
Kimberlone Have you seen the movie? Better than the book in my opinion! 2y
Blueberry @Kimberlone I liked them both alot. An example where the movie was not less but I thought equal. 2y

Pickpick

The art style is very simple, but classic. There‘s something a little old school and retro about it that I liked.

As for the storyline, I was very intrigued by it. It‘s fast paced and there‘s a lot of mystery and fantasy action and adventure that kept me turning the pages.

I forgot to post my #12booksof2021 selections for #November & #December As a mood reader it is extremely rare for me to sign on to any challenge but in Nov I surpassed my goal for #nonficttionNovember of 4 NF books by reading 6 & I also met my goal for the delightful #cloakanddaggerchristmas Honorable mentions for Nov/Dec:Vet's Daughter, B is for Burglar, Girl 11, Dear Reader.

vivastory Although my posts turned into more #120booksof2021 I had a blast reflecting on an otherwise grim year. Thanks @andrew65 2y
RaeLovesToRead Well done on Cloak and Dagger challenge! Hope 2022 is less grim 🤞🤞 2y
vivastory @RaeLovesToRead How did you do on the challenge? I added a couple of the books you read to my TBR. Thanks! I really appreciate it. I hope you have a great year too. 2y
RaeLovesToRead I managed 5 prompts in the end (including watching a mystery on TV) - The Honjin Murders was delightfully convoluted and well worth a read, but I didn't think much of the Real Town murders. My bookspin & doublespin this month are mysteries though, so cloak and dagger January begins now 😄📚🎉 2y
BiblioLitten Now nonfiction November sounds like a good challenge for me. Might try that this year. 2y

Should have posted this a couple of days ago but events (commonly known as getting symptoms of a bad cold, doing a test and testing positive for the ‘rona 🙄), so here‘s my slightly late December pick for #12BooksOf2021. It‘s a slow, gently paced book, not the greatest writing ever but the historic and geographic detail of an area I know well made this a really enjoyable read for me.

@Andrew65

Andrew65 This looks great, stacked. 2y
