Raised Catholic, but self-proclaimed agnostic, I have been searching for ways to grow myself. Taking one of many recommendations from Jen Sincero, I purchased this book. The beginning is all about how the vibrations we send into the Universe are the experiences we receive. The second part of the book has detailed processes you can use in varying stages of emotion. This book is what you make it, but I am thankful for the path it has shown me.
