I‘ve never read the Narnia series, but I would be interested (especially because I think the weather & general mood would fit it well). I am a 23 years old woman and an atheist. Would you recommend it to me?

Graywacke Sure. It‘s fun and covers a swath of cultural ground. And you will see through the religious stuff without much agony. (It was a small annoyance to me. Might help knowing kids don‘t even recognize religion as an aspect.) Of course there‘s also (and always) better stuff to read, so depends in what else you have in mind. 2y
BkClubCare I went to a parochial school for elementary; LOVED these books and didn‘t realize they were “religious” (they really aren‘t) until I was … a lot older 🤣 2y
