How to get into peak performance without burnout....

I was reading two books together from last 3 weeks.... Whenever I read multiple books during the same period it complements each other somehow I don't know how but it happened many times

Gave this one to my grandson. He wants to make soccer a career. I don't think it will be as a professional but I can see him coaching. ⚽️

As a beginner runner, I find Murakami‘s musings on the sensation of “running-as-necessity” perfect. For him, he uses his long distance joys as a parallel, and tool, for constructing the frame of mind he needs to write books. Simple and meditative, this book was a comfort to read, as nerves begin to mount for my first marathon.

A lot of life lessons in this story.

Everyone knows what is best for fat people, and everyone thinks they can solve our “problem” with some quick fix pill diet, or seven-minute workout, or a vile-tasting shake.
