Confessions: yes I‘ve had this a while but was saving it until Autumn properly hit, or at the very least I could get an autumn-y photo 🙈, and I‘ve never read this author before because she‘s one of the #authorsimscaredof. Anyway, this was a gift from my husband and I don‘t want him to stop buying me because because I don‘t read them, so I‘m diving in..!

emilyhaldi @JillR agreed, we have very similar taste in books I think!!! Ali smith is definitely a particular taste - very focused on nuance and stream-of-consciousness, not so much plot. I love her style but it‘s def not for everyone!! Excited to see what you think 😊 6y
