So sorry to have disappeared in the middle of #screamathon. I haven‘t been feeling great lately and while I do have a partial answer (hormone levels), my doctor is running some more tests to make sure all bases are covered. I‘ve been sleeping A LOT. 😩 And not reading much at all. I‘ll be updating the Google form soon.

alisiakae @LeahBergen Thank you! It‘s been building for months and I just kept attributing symptoms to other things, until it snowballed to the point where it interferes with daily life. One cause is early menopause 😬 and hormone levels basically nonexistent, so I will be going on HRT, but I am having my thyroid and a few other things checked as well. 2y

Except I‘m in the way too young for menopause category, so it actually gets it‘s own diagnosis: Premature Ovarian Disorder 🙄 and puts me at higher risk of other health conditions later if I don‘t do something about it. It was likely triggered by my hysterectomy, even though I kept my ovaries 2y
