So the little make-up I had on melted off my face, my hair is a disgusting mix of spray sunscreen & bug spray, & I drank over 2 litres of water/sweated it all out. BUT, I toughed out the 44°C humidex & read with *no* shade in the boat for almost 4 straight hrs #dedicatedreader #ormaybemasochistic Pale skinned peeps out there will understand how hard this feat really was - took 90% of a can of sunscreen to do this w/out blister-inducing burns ☀☀☀
