pickI liked this book overall but I did not like the main character much. Lillian Boxfish is taking a walk on NYE in NYC in the 80s, reflecting on her life as an advertising woman. I didn‘t really connect with Lillian, but I liked learning about women in the workforce in the 30s and 40s, and I liked learning about NY history. #readharder #femalecharacterover60
