HE WAS HIT BY A CAR, THEN BOUGHT THE CAR THAT HIT HIM.
King was bit by a vannot far from his summer home in Maine in 1999. The incident left King with a collapsed lung, multiple fractures to his hip and leg, and a gash to the head. King and his lawyer bought the van for $1500 with King announcing that, "Yes, we've got the van, and I'm going to take a sledgehammer and beat it!"?

I love this short story collection! It Has so many good ones!! I loved "children of the corn" it still creeps me out when I'm driving in country by cornfields ?? if you haven't read it yet you should!

'Salem's Lot | Stephen King

STEPHEN KING FACT OF DAY
The original title for Salem's Lot was Second Coming but, King's wife Tabitha stepped in and said that it sounded like a "bad sex story" ? so King changed it

I'm reading this with the BF @trioxin_sematary? and I'm loving it. Salem's lot is so atmospheric it really comes to life!!! Loving the Vampire story!

I am glad he changed it to Salem's Lot ?

The Eyes of the Dragon | Stephen King

KING FACT OF DAY: Stephen King wrote this Fantasy book for his daughter after she mentioned to him she didn't have much interest in reading his books on vampires and "scary"things . So he wrote this which before he came up with "the eyes of the dragon " it was called napkins lol pretty funny, Kings daughter read the proof and loved it !
