A worthy read for Van Halen fans.

And a funny little cosmic book/life story: I saw VH in March 1984. The following month I met and started going out with my boyfriend and we realized we both saw VH the same night. As of yesterday, we're together 40 years! Just strange that I decided to read this book now 💫

🔥🌶️I absolutely LOVE❤️‍🔥 the Montgomerys! I highly recommend this series📚🤓

CoverToCoverGirl You‘re zooming right through this series. It will be sad when you get to the end and have to wait for the next one. 21h
DieAReader @CoverToCoverGirl 🤓This is true. However, I‘m actually only reading the instalments I have on my kobo from BookBub deals🤭 There are so so many that I don‘t have-that I‘ll be on the lookout for📚 They‘ll all be added to my #MountTBR 😏 17h

(just reusing the picture because I kinda like it)

Did I rush through this book? Yes. Did I want to continue reading it forever and ever? Yes. Do I want to read the next book in the series? Yes.

Alexis Hall is good for my soul. I love how these book normalize queer realities without exploiting them. That they show how our society still discriminates, but also simply focuses on the fact of two people meeting and growing together.

julesG I love this book. And you're posts don't help with #MountTBR, because now I want to reread this one, too 1d
Jari-chan @julesG It's definitely worth a reread 🤭 (sorry, not sorry 😉😜) 1d

Nominations are now open to choose May's book for the #LitsySciFiBookClub Please keep nominations to one and stick to the Sci-Fi genre. Of course, any sub genre, i.e. Space Opera, is good too. Let me know if you want to be added or removed from the tag list.

Having read this so shortly after Our Kids: The America Dream in Crisis was a #Powerful combination. If you aren't screwed by the opportunity gap in childhood, you're pretty likely to be screwed by the bottom-line mentality of the corporate world.
