Hey Everyone, I hope you all having a great December fill with hot chocolate, Christmas decorations, and holiday movies. About a month ago I post something about hosting a readathon soon I am thinking about doing in January. Will anyone like to join or help?
📕 📕 📕
I am also thinking about doing a swap but not sure of what yet. Any ideas?

Judybskt Love swaps!! One that was done a few years ago that I really liked was a hometown swap. It was a lot of fun! 4y
coffeewithbooks @Judybskt that sound really fun! 4y
bibliobard @Judybskt hometown swap sounds neat! Was it like sending books about where you live or written by local authors or a little of both? 4y

bibliobard If it is a swap for January maybe you could do a swap that focuses on old/new. Like sending your fave book from the previous year (old) and a new bookmark or pen or something to start the new year 4y
Judybskt @shakespearience it was both. But it was totally up to the giver. I sent my person a book from a local author and then a few books about local people - one about a famous artist. She sent me books from local authors and goodies from her area! It was really fun! 4y
bibliobard @Judybskt that definitely sounds neat! I would love to do one like that 4y
coffeewithbooks Thank you all for the suggestions 4y
Princess-Kingofkings I love the local author idea. 4y

BehindthePages I use Goodreads to track my challenges each year :) 4y

MoonWitch94 I have a small journal that I use to keep track of my tbr and reading challenges and Litsy events. I guess it would be considered a Litsy Journal 📔 However, I hope to keep track of the actual books I read next year and maybe give Bullet Journaling a try. 4y

Tamra I‘m a willy-nilly reader. 😜 Is that a real word? 4y
shellleigh33 I use Goodreads app for mine but also just bought a reading journal on Amazon to keep up with quotes and personal thoughts of the books I read. 4y
shellleigh33 This is my first reading log that I have ever had but really like it so far 4y
Crazeedi I have a reading log book too, but I keep track on goodreads. I have a blank notebook I've been keeping track of challenges 4y
SaturnDoo I use a BUJO to track my books, challenges and all other reading related things. I have made several posts about the spreads I'm using. I will be posting more spreads in the days to come. 4y
Crazeedi @SaturnDoo makes the most awesome bullet journal! 4y
SaturnDoo @Crazeedi 😊awww shucks!!! Thanks ❤❤❤🤗🤗🤗 4y
coffeewithbooks @SaturnDoo thank just saw some of your pictures and they look great 4y
SaturnDoo @thereadingunicorn you're welcome. Thanks. I've been using a BUJO for a few years now for tracking my reading and challenges. I use GR for my TBR and use that to create my BUJO spreads. Keep watching, as I will be adding more spreads that I will be using throughout December for the #wintergames challenge as well as my challenges and goals for 2020. 4y
LogiKitty I haven't kept up but I used to absolutely bujo my reading stuff! I also like using the Bookly app. 4y
coffeewithbooks @LogiKitty I use Bookly app to 😊 4y
coffeewithbooks @SaturnDoo definitely will and I am part of the #wintergames to just of different teams lol . I also seen on booktube and bookstagram a lot of people to like monthly reading or yearly spread ... like they have all the genres , all the pages they read , etc. To be honest it looks really confusing. 4y
Blaire I use a bullet journal. Super simple. Just lists of the prompts and then fill in as I read. Use goodreads to track books read and reviews. 4y
Curly_Reader I also recommend Bookly app. I love it 4y
marleed I bullet journal each book read onto index cards. I post as a monthly wrap up so you can see my October effort if you scroll down my newsfeed. It gives me something touchy for all my books read since many are library loans. 4y
coffeewithbooks @marleed such a great idea . 4y
Freespirit Hi @thereadingunicorn I also use Goodreads to track what I‘ve read and what I want to read. 4y
TheAromaofBooks I use an Excel spreadsheet, although I would like to have something physical as well. But spreadsheets are kind of my go-to... I have one for the books I own, for the books I want to read, for the books I've read this year, for my short-term TBR, etc. This is my first year tracking my books read this way, and I actually really like it because it's easy to add up how many pages I've read, and other kinds of data that I geek out about! :-D 4y
TheAromaofBooks @shellleigh33 - I just looked at the link you posted, and I love the layout for that reading log! I especially like the way there is a list section, and then a detailed reference page for each book. 4y
coffeewithbooks All great idea thanks 😊 4y
