pickCame across this while browsing at my new hometown library. This was a fun, cozy read especially while settling into a small animal vet job again. I think the author‘s portrayal of a dog‘s thought process was very close to accurate. pickI listened to the audio which was a pleasant experience. Louisiana swamp setting. Bowser and Birdie (11 yo) are trying to solve the problem of Birdie‘s grammy‘s stuffed prize marlin which has been stolen. Browser is going to use his powerful sniffer to find the burglar. He does a great job of narrating this book. Great book for any age. Charming and amusing. Recommended for dog-loving children and adults.
