I'm creeped out by a lot of things! The three I chose are random ones.
1. Caves. Or should I say caving disasters. Just look that up on YouTube, especially the Nutty Putty Cave Incident. You'll see why.
2. Bugs. Or should I saw UGLY bugs. I love butterflies! I once had to get special permission to have my pin-an-insect biology project changed to pin-a-leaf instead.
3. I can't STAND my bare feet on anything. Truly.

Texreader 7% but that may be too high. My only real paralyzing fear is heights. 1d

ImperfectCJ My big fears are pretty specific: Steep drop-offs with no railing on the left side of a trail, being stopped by the police and arrested for a DUI when I haven't been drinking at all (a fear of Kafka-esque authority), being told by an usher at the symphony or a play that I'm too loud or in the wrong seat, not being able to get to my spouse and kids during an earthquake/wildfire/other disaster or emergency, an airplane row with no window. 1d

I‘m uncomfortable with a lot of things, but when I judge them compared to my sheer terror of heights, nothing else comes close anymore. Dogs used to paralyze me with fear too. But in my 20s I had awesome neighbors who worked with me with their large dogs, that terrified me to paralysis-a German shepherd and an Australian shepherd-until I overcame it. 54m

BLUE TRAIN offers readers the classic ingredients of a Christie mystery—an exotic setting, a glamorous cast of characters, and a puzzling murder—but it‘s one of her more uneven works, which is why I'm a month late finishing it with the #ChristiesCapers group. The plot takes a while to build momentum. Much of the first third is setup, and the murder itself occurs relatively late. ⬇️

dabbe The investigation that follows can also feel disjointed at times. Christie reportedly wrote THE MYSTERY OF THE BLUE TRAIN during a personally difficult period following her mother‘s death and her own divorce. She later expressed dissatisfaction with the book, though it contains the seeds of themes and techniques she would refine in later novels. Heard of The Orient Express, anyone? 3d

It's #WDNCW! Please share their “we-do-not-cares“!

We do not care that at first all our sister said was, “You need a dress for your niece's wedding.“ That turned into you need new, glittery silver shoes that you'll never wear again. Oh, and glittery tennis shoes for the reception. And a bra that puts your boobs back in the right place. And a glittery purse. And what if you're cold? You need a shawl. Still TBD. 😳

Amiable My thoughts when attending a wedding that is not my own: “I am not the bride so nobody will be looking at me!” Then I dress accordingly. 😄 1w

Bookwomble 22 - I don't have a particularly sweet tooth, and (not unreasonable) a lot of that confectionery is North American and not really available in Britain. I only got 22 because of a New York visit many years ago when I tried a few sweets I've seen on TV shows 😊 2w

Sparklemn I got 91. I‘m proud and disgusted in equal measure. Faves are Nerds, Skittles, and Tootsie pops. 🤓 Least faves are circus peanuts, all licorice, and candy cigarettes. 🚬 2w

Dilara I ticked the brands that are sold in Europe/UK or things that looked similar to sweets I know. I hesitated on Milky Way: we have a product with this name, but the packaging looks completely different... Anyway, I got 28%, which is lower than most of you, unsurprisingly 😄
ETA: my favourite from the list is m&ms peanuts (how I love them 😻). Everything else I like I can take or leave. I hate Cadbury's creme eggs. (edited) 2w

Mollyanna 91/100. Some nostalgic ones on here… runts, razzles, warheads. My score would be much lower if I only checked those I like now such as…special dark, twizzlers (although I really prefer Australian licorice), Twix. 2w

Cuilin 42/100 the cigarette candy was such a throwback to the 70‘s 😆 Is it still a thing? My favourites are Milka, Toblerone and Twix. 2w

Cuilin @Dilara the American Milky Way has a caramel and nougat center something similar to a Mars bar, the UK/ROI one is a softer lighter nougat more like an Americsn Musketeers candy bar. The Whoppers are Malteeezers. (edited) 2w

ravenlee I got 77/100 which makes me sound like a sugar addict, but so many of them I tried once or twice as a kid/adolescent. I mean, I love a good mini candy bar, don‘t get me wrong, but have definitely lost my taste for things like Warheads 😆 2w

Amiable 86 for me. There are several that I haven‘t eaten because I know I don‘t like the flavor (i.e. I‘m not a fan of lemon, etc). I do love me a Snickers bar! And I‘m still addicted to gummy bears even though I‘m old enough to know better because they are terrible for your teeth. 😬😀 2w
