Really enjoyed the format of this with the drawings and online chat threads - I also loved the way that Eliza's parents really tried to understand why she had this insatiable need to be online - all in all? A yes from me 📚📚😻😻

Hmm... I enjoyed this, but to be brutally honest I don't really think it lives up to the huge hype it's received (granted, few books do); I don't think Tella's character was developed enough for the reader to actually care about what happens to her, and I found myself so caught up in wondering whether Dante or Julian were in fact Legend that I stopped paying attention to other parts of the story.... an enjoyable read but not my favourite

What a stunning book - Mac and Kenya's strong views on racism, and Chris' relative ignorance on the matter contrasted perfectly with Starr's fluid journey into exploring what it means to be true to your roots and culture without losing your identity - one that will stay with me for a while! :)
