First Audio Book, I‘ve always heard my own voice as a narrator. This is new.

Normally cannot stand reading books on my phone, but this was recommended to me today. So here I go, let‘s dive right in.

The Girls: A Novel | Emma Cline

So good, the writing is so adjective filled I love it. Hard to find time to finish it! Almost there!

Loving this book. However, it is heartbreaking and very hard to read for lengths of time. It's just so sad.

On a lighter note, I came across this photo. I need this in my house.

I just ordered The Girls and Everything I Never Told You. I cannot wait for them to arrive on Sunday, I need a good read more than ever right now. Whenever life stresses me out, nothing makes it all better like a good read.

Hidden Bodies | Caroline Kepnes
Pickpick

"Hidden Bodies" was not quite as good as "You." However, I still found myself reading faster and faster to find out what's happening. It ends on a cliffhanger, surprise surprise. If you like Joe Goldberg, give it a read.

RadicalReader @stephanie.winsor this wonderful novel demands a sequel like they have said from Fault in Our Stars “ That‘s the thing about pain, it demands to be felt” 6y

I'm such a skeptic to sequels, let's see if this can compare to "You"

Megabooks Eh unfortunately. I hope you like it more. 7y

Amazing. I could not put this down, as soon as it was over I bought Hidden Bodies. This is a definite must read.

bookloo I LOVED "You"! Was Joe killing Beck the ending you wanted for her? 7y
stephanie.winsor Honestly there was no other ending for me. Joe had to kill her. It wouldn't make sense if he didn't. They wouldn't actually fall in love, she never really loved him. It wouldve been anticlimactic if it ended any other way. 7y

This book was not for me. There were so many times during reading that I stopped, looked up and said "what am I reading?"
I still have so many unanswered questions.
Don't even get me started on the sexual scenes, I mean I read some graphic stuff but come on! Incest? Why?
I'll stop now, I'm just ranting. I will read just about anything, I actually love really bad books. But this one, whole new category of strange.

I read almost this entire book in one sitting; there's about 30 pages left to go. I found myself looking up from the book an saying out loud "what am I reading?" So many times but, I couldn't put it down. Now, I can't pick it back up. I'm so confused by the main character, I'm confused by the "contracts" and the fighting. Can someone who read this enlighten me?

Megabooks Hmmm...this is on my TBR. 7y
stephanie.winsor Well a rollercoaster of a read to say the least when you get around to reading it! 7y

Enjoying the sunshine and trying out this book again. Maybe it will help me not give a fuck that I decided to go platinum blonde with my hair and it looks horrible. What a stupid choice.

I read this in 40 minutes. I cried and at points my entire body was covered in goosebumps. The words rung true to my core. When this was over, I was reeling for more.

DebinHawaii I have heard so many good things about this one. Welcome to Litsy!! 🎉📚👍😀 7y
