panI‘m a fan of the zombie & post-apocalyptic genre, but not a fan of this book. The characters don‘t have a lot of depth, but are very republican, very anti Muslim, anti immigration, and the wrong kind of “patriotic” for my taste. I‘m a military vet myself & spent some time in the Middle East...but will never understand the type of person that thinks terrorists & “bad” people are only brown.
